- Ovidiu S. Stoican
Ovidiu S. Stoican was born in 1961. He graduated the Faculty of Physics from The University of Bucharest in 1985 and received PhD in Plasma Physics in 1997. Currently, he is a senior researcher at National Institute for Plasma, Lasers and Radiation Physics –INFLPR, Plasma Physics and Nuclear Fusion Department, Magurele, Romania. He was involved in the research projects related, especially, to the interaction between electromagnetic field and charged particles (plasma of the RF discharge, magnetic resonance, optical electronics, ions trap, ionosphere physics).
